Well I survived last semester, despite all the challenges I encountered. I didn’t even really come close to failing anything like I feared, though I did manage to garner a C in Pathology. For some reason, I just couldn’t figure out my teacher. I thought I knew what he wanted, but each time a test came around, I couldn’t seem to crack that code. Last Spring, I had a different professor, and I did really well in his class. It just kind of baffles me.
With my break, I pretty much did nothing. I went home for a few days for Christmas, and I visited some friends for New Year’s Eve, but other than that, I stayed at home, didn’t work, and slept. Oh, I also shadowed for a few days in there, too.
I originally thought that this semester was going to be easier than last, and from a quick glance, it should be. The hardest part will be the test schedule. Looking over them, it seems they all come in flurries. Three here, five there, a dozen a couple weeks later. Ok, so that last part might have been an exaggeration, but they really do come in clumps. I’m not really looking forward to the test part, but I’ve really been waiting for a Pharmacology class. Drugs are probably the weak spot in my background. I never really got a chance to learn many of them.
Anyway, hopefully this semester is good to me, and full of blogworthy things to write about.
